We came in feeling really disappointed after a bad haircut experience at another location, and as a parent it’s hard to see your child unhappy with something so visible. I truly appreciate that management took our complaint seriously and responded — that already meant a lot to us. Then Asia from the Newport location stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind, patient, and incredibly caring. She took her time to understand what needed to be fixed and did a beautiful job. Seeing my son smile and feel confident again honestly meant everything.
